I loved that the 1802 House was just a pleasant 10 to 12-minute walk from the main drag, allowing me to easily explore local treasures like the First Families Kennebunkport Museum and cozy up with a coffee at Dock Square Coffee House, all while enjoying lovely surroundings.

I would definitely book here again, everything was immaculate. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is attentive and really helpful. The breakfasts are healthy and rich with sausage and juice, as example.

Location close enough to the shops, restaurants and shops and large well-tended gardens which are overlooked from all rooms. The very helpful staff working throughout the hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom had malfunctioning lights and no bathrobes-this was absurd given the price we paid!

Absolutely loved the ghost town experience-so charming, right? But the tv just spun and spun, made for a good evening of staring at the wall. And i couldn't believe there were no free cable stations, as i expected that to be standard. I was tempted to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Teri, and breakfast was a daily highlight with delicious three-course meals. We loved exploring the local shops and even took a Rugosa Lobster Boat cruise. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Unfortunately, we experienced some issues with the wifi access, inconsistent . It would have been nice to stay connected easily.

Some rooms may feel cramped, like the Berwick room, which lacks seating beyond the bed. Plus, certain bathrooms could use updating, and the absence of a full-service bar limits dining options for those looking for convenience.
